ABOUT THIS ROLE
As an ATL Media Manager EU, you will execute all of our Above the Line (ATL) activity that drives greater awareness and consideration of Audible EU, and ultimately acquisition and engagement of new members. You are comfortable in a fast-paced environment and have proven experience executing and measuring campaigns across large cross-functional teams.
As an ATL Media Manager, you will...
- Work closely with media agencies and networks across 5 countries (DE, AT, FR, IT, ES) and act as the daily interface.
- Take ownership of operational processes and collaboration with agencies, looking for synergies and optimal set up within the region.
- Deliver results at an operational level with respect to optimization, testing, scaling and identifying the impact of activities on performance KPIs.
- Create campaign reports and analyze deeply external reports to generate insights to improve future campaigns.
- Work with the Marketing Manager ATL Media to develop and present recommendations, evaluations and media analyses to relevant stakeholder(s).
- Develop media plans across main channels TV, Digital (Video, Audio, Display, Social) and (D)OOH.
- Ensure overall budget controlling for EU (e.g create purchase orders, approve invoices, prepare monthly closings).
- Stay in touch and ahead of new trends, tools and best practices.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- Solid min 2-3 years experience across media channels including TV, Digital (Video, Audio, Display, Social) and (D)OOH.
- Experience with the internal workings of a media agency, developed through working at an agency, or through management of an agency.
- Advanced experience using Excel to analyse data.
- Business fluency in written and verbal English.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in business studies, marketing or another related field.
- Experiences in programmatic advertising.
- Business fluency in additional European languages (especially German).
