Job summary
Amazon.com operates in a virtual, global eCommerce environment without boundaries, and operates a diverse set of businesses in seven countries, including Retail, third party marketplaces, eCommerce platforms, web services for developers.
We are looking for a talented specialist to support with Communication/Branding & Employee Engagement for our rapidly growing and evolving Operations team. This individual will have a demonstrated passion for providing insightful analysis of communication and feedback channel data; support in reducing risk to the business by suggesting programs to empower the next generation of high-performing, associate-centric frontline leaders.
Candidates must have a successful record of providing insightful reporting based on data, identifying trends. You will play a key role in driving the culture and direction of the Iasi leadership team to be in sync with employees and enable Amazon to Strive to be Earth's Best Employer. Your insights will provide critical context and build understanding of our employee’s needs, wants and concerns to business leaders. You will work across operational, recruitment and tech teams to leverage existing data and employee/candidate engagement channels.

Key job responsibilities
• Plan, establish and oversee the company's social media presence and channels related to recruitment and employer branding.
• Set up and manage an online marketing program to promote job openings and career opportunities at the company in sync with business need.
• Communicate to leadership data analysis and draw conclusive action points in relation to the complete employee experience
• Actively manage the timeline and deliverables of projects, providing updates to stakeholders; raising blockers and proposing solutions
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
• Bachelors or Masters in Communication, Marketing, Employee Engagement or other relevant field
• 2-4 years of relevant experience in social media, digital marketing, PR or employee engagement
• Excellent English and Romanian written and oral communication skills
• Experience working with cross-functional teams
• Ability to coordinate teams across different work streams
• Draft, manage and continuously improve reporting mechanisms
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
• Takes ownership and has experience dealing with escalations with senior leadership teams
• High adaptability with a passion for continual learning within a fast paced environment
