Reporting in to the head of operations, this role is there to provide a critical service to both improve the overall quality of events by enhancing the AV offering and increasing the existing in-house technical service. Encourage client and account team investment and buy in to new technologies through demonstrating innovative and immersive AV & Digital solutions.
To add to the existing skill base and to lead by example best practice in all aspects of AV equipment. You will be responsible for sourcing, and recommending equipment prior to the events and specialise in the set up of equipment. On site client interaction during an event and management of conferences and on site events.
We make promises to our customers, and we'll make promises to you too. The key responsibilities in this role include;
- Project management and advising bespoke solutions for each event request
- Ensure all equipment is ready for deployment and the event system is maintained and up to date
- Provide support and expertise to account team for their events
- Work with operational team to make sure the correct quoting and solutions are put forward
- Assist in creating brand identities and stand plans for events of all sizes
- Prepare quotes and costs on the bespoke event system
- Liaise and work with both internal and external suppliers to create bespoke solutions

- AV Skills including experience in virtual events and production
- CAD skills & video editing skills are desirable
- Passionate and creative solution creation
- Client facing skills
- Quote and proposal production
- MS Office at high level
- Ability to travel in the UK and occasionally out of the country
- Ability to work weekends and antisocial hours (As and when required)
