a. Prior hands-on experience in working either with (i) multicolour flow cytometry including staining, data acquisition and analysis on FlowJo or (ii) pathogenic micro-organisms (BSL-2, BSL-3) b. Prior publications in immunology and/or infectious disease

Job
Responsibilities

a. The selected candidate will be expected to perform the following functions: b. Work as part of a team to organize and perform experiments c. Work with primary human samples to archive and perform complex immunological and biochemical assays, multicolour flow cytometry and neutralization assays d. Work with mammalian expression systems for protein purification e. Design, validate, document, and troubleshoot laboratory experiments f. Responsible for analyzing and interpreting data using appropriate statistical methods g. Develop and maintain knowledge of immunology and virology of infectious diseases, particularly SARS-CoV-2 h. Able to adhere to and work against clearly defined timelines and schedules i. Maintain accurate records, produce periodic reports, make scientific presentations and contribute to manuscript writing as required by the project manager
