We are looking for a dynamic and innovative program manager who will enable this growth through implementation and support of our transition process. Key to this mission is to contribute in transition of large, complex programs across FP&A work streams, which may include transition of work from other geographies, and be accountable for the success, effectiveness, on-time delivery of the transition that will enable us to scale our organization for the future. This role requires a candidate that can identify process improvements, execute enhancements, improve monitoring tools and ensure adherence.
Key job responsibilities
Successful candidates will demonstrate and be responsible for some of the following:
* Driving transition projects for FP&A services through collaboration and engagement with multiple stakeholders.
* Driving coordination with internal stakeholders on budget transfer and documentation, end to end management of the bench workforce, tracking key metrics and performance monitoring tools.
* Helping to Define and drive overall transition strategies and overall program strategy.
* Driving improvements to processes, prioritization and resourcing planning, and decision alignment across functions, levels and different FOAA locations.
* To support the delivery of better value and greater efficiency through the identification and elimination of unnecessary complexity within processes and identification of better ways of working
* Effectively eliminate defects through transition with key focus on customer obsession.
* To actively monitor project risks to foresee/identify potential problems and proactively identify solutions to address in advance ·
* To work closely with business partners and key stakeholders to build a continuous improvement environment to support the transition processes
* Partnering with other teams to understand roadmap dependencies and agreeing prioritization
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
· 3+ years experience in program or project management
· Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements
· 3+ years experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams
3+ years’ experience in defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements
Experience in manage Transitions with minimal supervision including planning, execution, monitoring controlling and closing all milestones prior to Go-live
Proven analytical thinking, skills in metrics creation, attention to detail, and exceptional organizational skills.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
• A formal qualification in project management is desirable.
• Experience in Regional/Global projects and/or leading cross-functional projects would be advantageous.
• Experience on managing transition plans, risk management framework, effort estimates as well as basic understanding on finance.
• Experience in partnering with business owners to understand requirements and develop supporting analysis to solve business problems
• Strong verbal/written communication & data presentation skills, including an ability to effectively develop and communicate clear, thoughtful, and comprehensive analyses with both business and technical teams.
• Be self-driven, and show ability to deliver on ambiguous projects with incomplete data
