Main Objective of the Role
To support the Team Leader – Flight Crew Licensing and Aeromedical with more complex administrative duties
Key Responsibilities
- Documents and archives all Department communications with Flight Crew.
- Coordinates with the General Civil Aviation Authority (GCAA) to ensure that all Licensing and applicable Flight Crew Exams are processed in a timely manner.
- Conducts the induction training and orientation sessions for all new Flight Crew pertaining to all administrative processes.
- Monitors the GCAA ATPL completion requirements for all Second Officers.
- Applies (on behalf of Flight Crew):
a) CPL to ATPL License upgrade
b) ATPL exam bookings
- Reviews all relevant GCAA invoices and coordinates with the relevant stakeholders if any discrepancies are discovered for resolution.
- Coordinates with relevant departments to ensure that all exit formalities (for Flight Crew) are completed in a timely manner.
- Facilitates all administration requirements (meeting schedules, invites etc.) within the Flight Operations department.
