Responsibilities
This role will initially be responsible for supporting the implementation of myHR (Oracle HCM Cloud) - Acceleration project in the APAC region. The role requires the understanding, distribution and coordination of technical investigations, development and build work with a 3rd party supplier to implement myHR successfully. Following project implementation the role will require the ongoing BAU support for the myHR Applications globally.
What are the key responsibilities?
- Responsible for Technical design development and support of Oracle HCM Cloud / eBusiness HR / Oracle Integration Cloud and related applications.
- Responsible for analysing business partner requirements and defining solutions that meet or exceed those requirements (for example around Integration).
- To understand and apply systems analysis concepts and principles to effectively translate and validate business systems solutions.
- Applies IT and internal team methodologies and procedures to ensure solutions are defined in a consistent, standard and repeatable method
- Participates in the development of technical implementation cost estimates
- Responsible for developing and/or coordinating the development of solution or customization components by external resources in accordance with detailed designs, following development methods, documentation standards and quality assurance (QA) requirements
- Manages the development of solution or customization components by internal/external resources to agreed milestones and targets
- Prepares and delivers status reports to team leader, senior management and other project leaders
- May act as a project leader on internal team initiatives
- Effective ability to assist in the completion of high quality performance reviews of subordinates
- Collaborates in a senior role to supports business partners to effectively deliver projects and ongoing support for Oracle HCM Cloud / eBusiness HR / Oracle Integration Cloud and related applications
- Communicates and coordinates with internal and external IT partners as required to facilitate effective delivery of projects and ongoing support
Requirements
What do we need from you?
- Experience in programming with Oracle tools and language (Java, PL/SQL, JSON, XSLT, XML)
- Experience of, or desire to achieve in an Oracle Cloud focussed team
- 5+ Years' experience in an IT environment.
- 4+ Years' experience enhancing and supporting Oracle HR Applications in the cloud
- 3+ Years' experience with OIC (Oracle Integration Cloud)
- Education – Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
- Analytical Problem Solving skills.
- Highly motivated individual with desire to review improve the support process and procedures.
- Deep and broad understanding of logistics supply chain marketplace.
- Broad understanding of Oracle HCM Cloud Applications (Other HR Applications welcome), including general technology and design, database structure and the HRMS application modules.
- Able to clearly present information through the spoken word.
- Influence or persuade others through oral presentations in positive or negative circumstances.
