DESCRIPTION
Program Manager - Field Enablement
Field Enablement Program Manager of Amazon Internet Services Private Limited (AISPL) will collaborate with the Enterprise Segment Leader and Business Development Managers of AISPL to define develop and execute against our Enterprise Team Enablement priorities. This role will be responsible for ensuring high productivity and timely, relevant learning of our enterprise business development force from the initial onboarding of new Business development Managers and Business development Reps of AISPL through to continuous “Always-boarding” across our portfolio of offerings and solutions. The successful candidate will combine a solid understanding of field enablement in a large organization, and enterprise business development dynamics with the ability to map field requirements and corporate resources into a comprehensive business development productivity and readiness plan.
This means identifying gaps, developing programs, executing against our existing training and Field Enablement strategic priorities, help to create new program to support the Business development organization growth. The successful candidate should have a strong ability to translate field requirements into a comprehensive plan for execution. The ideal candidate would have strong project management and communication skills, ability to work cross functionally, translate business needs into initiatives. This is a hands-on position with high visibility - the ideal candidate must be willing to “roll up the sleeves” and get things done.
Key Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
• You will collaborate with Business development Leadership to co-ideate, design, vet and drive the Business development Enablement strategy for our Enterprise business development teams in AISPL
• You will partner with Business development Management and Account Representatives of AISPL to uncover business needs, design solutions, launch, iterate, and measure impact
• Collaborate and partner with the Enterprise enablement leads to deliver best practices and leverage existing programs and content to ensure a smooth and quick landing of programs in AISPL
• Perform detailed need assessments and create, develop, and lead the successful execution of cross-functional programs in conjunction with key stakeholders
• You will lead structured cross-functional efforts to effectively execute against defined objectives
• You will design and develop Business development Enablement solutions across a variety of mediums (e.g., in-person, virtual, eLearning, videos, on-the-job support, management reinforcement & mentoring) to improve upon the way we sell into Ent and L-Ent markets
• You will establish & create assessment and evaluation strategies to measure and iterate on the efficacy and value of training initiatives
• Design and implement metrics to measure enablement programs and its impact, and effectiveness
• Review and manage existing content library to determine opportunities for improving the learning experience, and ensure that the content is current, relevant and leverages best tools and technology
• Continuously assess the opportunities and readiness gaps. Work with appropriate stakeholders to quickly develop and implement the right initiatives and programs for AISPL
• Leverage tools & technology for ease of adoption and scalability
• Invent and simplify by identifying productivity barriers
About the team
India Field enablement team looks at identifying the enablement gaps in India AWS team and working with leadership to define a strategy and plan, and deliver against the plan.
