Job Description:
HR Executive- A HR in the field has to work hard towards ensuring that all office functions are carried out smoothly by maintaining the relation between employees and employers.
Should manage the end to end hiring process.
Should handle induction for all new joiners.
Onboard activities and Bio -metric enrollment process.
Manage day to day operations of the HR functions and duties
Should be able to handle employees grievances
Attendance and Time Management.
Employee engagement activities.
Payroll management for contract employees
Should be able to handle ESIC and EPF related queries.
Compliance adherence
Stakeholder management
People management
PMS
