Job Responsibilities For Summit Polymers Jobs USA 2022 Establishment of internal quality assurance programs, observing variable characteristics and establishing a tracking method to prevent defects from occurring. To determine feasibility and initiate quality notices. Work as technical support to employee quality teams. Investigate product quality concerns, (internal, customer and supplier related).
RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:
Establishment of key characteristics and tracking methods (KBPD, PDT, track launches, etc.)
Research product defects (Gages, Tooling, 8D’s, etc.)
Research and implement continuous improvement projects
Production shut down review and recommendations
Conduct Internal System Audits
Print reviews for SCs, and GD &T
Contact suppliers on quality concerns
Customer contact (visits, problem solving, sorts, etc.)
Team leadership roles
Travel to Customer locations as required
Technical Skills For Summit Polymers Jobs USA 2022
College graduate or equivalent training in a quality related environment, ASQC CQE certification a plus.
Possess the ability to gather and analyze information and make decisions from a limited number of choices as demonstrated by a minimum score of 26 on the Wonderlic Personnel Test. Agreement to complete all post-hire required training.
