Job Responsibilities:
• Primary responsibility is to facilitate the post sales customer relation ship management
with the company.
• Providing regular feedback of the clients’ follow up to sales heads.
• Issuing and collecting all necessary documents and details of the client.
• Following up on the payments.
• Raising demands for disbursements.
• Updating the ERP and CRM Software on regular basis.
• Streamlining the allotment, agreement, registration, disbursement, parking allocations,
intimation of possession, possession of the apartments and all else.
• Providing necessary feedback and details of the project features amenities to the client
and channel partners.
• Following up with channel partners and client regarding the updates of the project.
• A bachelor’s degree in administration or a related field.
• A minimum of 3 years’ experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficient in all Microsoft applications.
• Superior product knowledge.
• A team player with leadership skills.
• Maintain a positive attitude focused on customer satisfaction.
Salary Range : 20 - 25 k
