Roles and Responsibilities:
We are looking for an ambitious and self-driven TA lead who can juggle managing their own tasks and the entire team. Someone who is passionate about hiring across different geographies.
Required Skills and Qualifications
1. Proven experience of 2-9 years of in full cycle recruitment
2. In-depth knowledge of talent systems and recruitment tools
3. Excellent presentation, Analytical, Problem solving skills
4. A Sense of ownership and pride in self-performance and its impact on the company's success
5. Solid history of delivering Volume hiring in a year using market intelligence, various recruitment channels and techniques
6. MBA/ PG in Human Resources or similar relevant field
7. Should have considerable exposure in the domains of Finance and Procurement
Employment type:- Full time/ Permanent.
Qualifications
Prior experience in the staffing industry preferably within TA Department
Prior experience sourcing and qualifying candidates for a variety of roles through ATS,CRM etc
Ability to source creatively from sources such as job boards, associations, employee referral programs, social media and internet searches,
Strong knowledge of technology (Boolean search logic, Outlook, Web, Excel, PowerPoint and Word)
