As the Talent Acquisition Business Partner for Corporate HR you will serve as a talent advisor across internal Business and HR stakeholders for the HR organization. You will provide meaningful insights on the external market and talent strategies while influencing process improvements that drive increased TA effectiveness and efficiency. You will be responsible for the execution of full life-cycle recruiting for respective candidates - from candidate sourcing/identification and assessment, through offer process/negotiation and pre-boarding.
You will have experience working with passive candidates in a highly competitive space and the ability to cultivate long-term relationships with candidates and hiring managers. The role requires you to be agile in support of varying priorities as new initiatives develop. You will deliver market insights back to the business partners and HR to drive educated sourcing and talent acquisition strategies. **This is a hybrid role with flexibility to work remotely and in the Purchase, NY location**
Your Key Accountabilities:
• Partner with HR and Business Partners across client groups to understand the short and long-term talent strategy and develop and align teams to a Talent Acquisition plan which encompasses external talent acquisition and overall process improvements
• Advise hiring managers and HRBPs on key decisions throughout the staffing process, including candidate profiles, assessment process, offers and process efficiencies and improvements
• Provide internal and external market data to client groups driving meaningful insights which influence our clients with their approach to specific requisitions and overall talent strategies
• Partner with HRBPs and TA COE’s to understand current talent and diversity gaps across client groups and develop customized attraction and engagement strategies that drive positive impact to the business
What You’ll Do
• Engage active and passive talent through outbound sourcing, resume screening, networking, referrals, recruitment events, etc.
• Create and maintain a world-class candidate and hiring manager experience
• Understand PepsiCo’s employer value proposition to proactively source and attract Finance talent
• Provide candidates with an accurate and compelling story as to why PepsiCo is a leading “Employer of Choice”
• Craft comprehensive search strategies, ensuring a sound understanding of the job responsibilities, requirements, and talent gaps
• Leverage data and insights, prior knowledge, and industry trends to build creative sourcing strategies to engage passive candidates
• Partner with hiring managers to execute strategies that yield consistent and strong results
• Own the candidate process from initial outreach throughout the interview process
• Host recruitment events and attend relevant networking and community events
• Maintain accurate documentation on all candidates, searches, hiring manager interactions, and other recruiting activities to ensure OFCCP compliance

Qualifications/Requirements
Minimum Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s Degree required
• 3+ years of relevant professional, full-lifecycle Talent Acquisition/Staffing experience for professional-level hires within a corporate, agency, or search firm setting
Preferred Qualifications:
• Previous experience supporting HR with Talent Advisor behaviors/competencies, supported by a solid understanding of the business, external labor market, competitive landscape, and data analytics
• Seen as a subject matter expert with a proven track record of employing creative sourcing methods including LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and creative job boards to proactively source passive candidate
• Experience hiring in an organization focused on cultivating a diverse workforce
• Executive presence and examples of strategic influence which led to specific solutions
• Successful pipeline management using an ATS and CRM, Kenexa, and Avature
• Extremely organized, with the ability to multitask and self-prioritize
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
