We are looking for founding team members for our business functions who can help us build and scale growth channels. As a business development manager, you will own the end-to-end sales cycle. You will report directly to one of the founders and also interact closely with our engineering team and channel partners to grow the business for our next-gen AI-powered products.
Responsibilities
Actively manage lead generation, client presentations, technical reviews, negotiation, and conversion
Collaborate with the engineering team and channel partners to run pilots for potential customers
Proactively understand client requirements and lead conversations to increase adoption of various product features
Experiment and learn new pricing strategies
Own content generation and produce valuable material for the website, blogs, and marketing collateral
Minimum Qualifications
MBA in Marketing or Sales from a reputed university
2+ years experience in sales for B2B SaaS products (Optional but good to have)
Proven experience in establishing lead gen and sales funnel for enterprise tech
Strong analytical skills to translate pilot results into business outcomes for clients
Great written and verbal communication skills for creating decks, case studies, blogs
