Independently assumes lead roles in larger and higher revenue threshold projects. Key contributor to deriving business insights and analyzing business problems of high complexity. Generates computer aided quantitative and statistical business analysis by leveraging advanced tools and scientific modeling approaches related to customer analytics, market analysis and forecasting in support of the organization's global strategies.
Essential Duties/Responsibilities:
- Assists in synthesizing analytical views reports and insights from various business dimensions in support of designing business strategies related to business plans, actual or forecast enterprise performance, products, channels, automation types, industry, competition, market and customer segments.
- Reviews and optimizes go-to-market tactics related to specific target customers, markets and products in terms of marketing communication and sales calls.
- Leads teams with peer partners from other groups.
- Independently attends cross-functional meetings and discussions to provide business guidance based on analytical insights to peers and managers of partner teams.
- Demonstrates excellence in computer aided decision support (utilize computer languages or packages to analyze data and generate reports, presentations or insights in business, mathematics, economics, computer science, or other quantitative field such as engineering/operations research), and programming languages (e.g. SAS, SQL, Python, C, VB.net, Java, JavaScript or R), relational databases (e.g. Teradata, Oracle) or visualizations tools (e.g. PowerBI, Tableau, Spotfire).
- Mentors and trains professionals in less senior positions within the team on quantitative data analysis and utilization of above computer resources.
- Provides updates, reports and analytical presentations to upper management across the enterprise.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Master's Degree in business, mathematics, economics, computer science or other quantitative field such as engineering/operations research.
- Three (3) years work experience required in business, mathematics, economics, computer science or other quantitative fields such as engineering/operations research, in an analytical, quantitative, or technical role. Two (2) years of experience or coursework with the following skills (skills can be gained concurrently with education): computer aided decision support (utilize computer languages or packages to analyze data and generate reports, presentations or insights in business, mathematics, economics, computer science or other quantitative fields such as engineering/operations research), and programming languages (e.g. SAS, SQL, Python, C, VB.net, Java, JavaScript or R), relational databases (e.g. Teradata, Oracle) or visualizations tools (e.g. PowerBI, Tableau, Spotfire).
- Communications, and analytical skills required.
- More advanced degrees may offset experience requirements.
Skills/Knowledge/Experience Considered a Plus:
- Develop and maintain a strategic plan for the Small and medium sales segment, including long-term goals and short-term initiatives
- Demonstrates strong analysis with both quantitative and qualitative methods to analyze competitor pricing, assess market share and margins, and track customer pricing engagement in order to execute effective and successful pricing strategies for the Small and medium customer portfolio.
- Utilize advanced modeling techniques and database tools and approaches to identify opportunities for increasing SAM growth through Pricing initiatives.
- Strong results-oriented leader who demonstrates a growth mindset to drive success.
- Ability to drive pricing strategy through evaluation of business, market and industry trends.
- Participates in cross-functional/regional projects to understand pricing and revenue science/analytics and engineering requirements across the enterprise. Develops cross-functional program and product roadmaps and project plans.
- Demonstrates excellence in computer aided modeling and decision support utilizing advanced programming languages (e.g. SAS, SQL, VB.net, Python, Java, JavaScript or R), relational database management systems (e.g. Teradata, MySQL, SQLite, or Oracle) or online analytical processing tools (e.g. Power BI, Tableau or Spotfire). Develops advanced tools, scientific models & statistical reports to track, analyze & optimize volume, revenue, yield and profitability.
- Work closely with sales and marketing to develop and enact competitive pricing strategies.
- Translate complex data into actionable strategies and techniques to drive SAM growth efforts.
- Prepare both written reports and visual presentations to share their findings with key stakeholders.

Domicile:
- This position is currently located in Memphis, Tennessee; however Plano, Texas; Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania; Harrison, Arkansas; Brookfield, Wisconsin and Lakeland, Florida may also be considered.
- Due to the collaborative nature of these roles, there is a strong desire to have the selected candidates located in one of the city/states above. These locations offers a hybrid work environment that supports in-person collaboration through onsite Team Days but allows team members flexibility to primarily work from home the rest of the time.

Compensation:
Monthly Salary: $8,713.16 - $13,595.89
