Job Description Summary:
To manage the design and development activities for a group. responsibility Includes systems and application analysis, programming, feasibility studies, etc.
This Manager position leads the team responsible for:
- Performing root cause analysis of IT related Events that impact business operations
- Analyzing data from various service management processes (incident, Problem, Change), interpreting trends and uncovering insights that help enable data driven business decisions.

- Proven leadership and collaboration skills
- Superior communications skills, both written and oral
- Ability to manage several projects concurrently or large projects with multiple cross functional workstreams
- An in-depth understanding of business and ability to translate complex technical concepts into easily understood business terms
- Ability to provide thought leadership, balance work in a highly changing and stressful environment, make progress with limited information and minimal oversight and collaborate on large teams are key success factors for this position
- Ability to thrive in a demanding environment requiring a high degree of deadline-driven productivity, commitment, adaptability, communication, initiative and follow-through
- Has experience with data analysis and presenting to Senior leadership data findings
- Understanding of ITIL framework
- Understanding of SAFe Agile
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree/equivalent in computer science, math or directly related quantitative Degree or related field. A related advanced degree may offset the related experience requirements. Five (5) years systems development experience which includes programming. Skill in one or more programming languages. If position is in mainframe environment, complex systems experience on IBM operating systems or microprocessors required. Experience in the technical design and development of major data processing projects. IMS experience. If position is in client/server environment, systems development experience to include distributed systems is required. Experience in client/server technology, object oriented (OO) development or case tools. Experience in the technical design and development of major client/server projects. Knowledge of software and engineering principles. Strong basic management, human relations and communication skills.

This position can be domiciled anywhere in the United States.

Compensation:
Monthly Salary: $7,932.38 - $11,955.60
