Hiring for HR support .
Contract to Hire role.
Key Responsibilities
• Recruitment
o Coordinate with business for internal/ external recruitment
o Coordinate with hiring managers and ensure availability of job description and posting of job ads
o Supporting HR interviews. Negotiation with selected candidate for final job offer
o Coordinating with support team for onboarding and orientation
• Talent management
o HR Global system maintenance and updates
o Scheduling meetings in coordination with external partners for talent development
o Supporting HRBPs in Talent and associate reviews
• Support Key HR operational Topics
o Creation and maintenance of HR MIS and data
o Data interpretation and analysis
o Handling HR Tickets and coordination with HR Shared services team
o Coordination and interaction with employees/managers for query handling
o Managing day to day employee queries on HR policies
Qualification:
0-1 year of experience in HR with Graduation in business administration
Basic knowledge in HR domain
Good working knowledge in MS office (specific to MS Excel and Powerpoint)
Skill: Strong communication and Interpersonal skills, result orientation, Ability to interpret and learn, understand HR policies and procedures
Attitude: Willingness to learn and deal with complexity
Work Location: Adugodi, Bangalore, Karnataka
