This position will be part of the North America Shared Services organization. This position contributes to the success of the PepsiCo Control organization by management of Distributor volume and parts and service. The team is responsible for distributor fee calculations, processing of distributor volume, and processing billing for service and parts.
Key Accountabilities
- Manage distributor team to ensure distributor volume reports are received, processed & approved (including error resolution) prior to period end close
- Analyze Distributor fee accruals/payments
- Review and approve Distributor deductions
- Manage Local Transformation Distributor contracts & setups.
- Provide support to the Sector & Division Finance & DBM teams
- Partner with IT on various projects
- Process owner for team owned SOX Controls

Qualifications/Requirements
- 4 Year College Degree in Business, Finance, or comparable field; or equivalent work experience
- Strong analytical and organizational skills with ability to assess materiality, risk exposure and to implement creative solutions
- Demonstrated project management skills, including the ability to lead, manage, and complete multiple concurrent projects involving multiple stakeholders
- Outstanding communication skills with proven ability to influence multiple levels of leadership
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Extremely high level of proficiency with Microsoft Applications
- Numerate thinker, good at data analysis with strong attention to detail
- Good time management skills, ability to lead, multitask, set priorities, plan and monitor
- Highly organized and responsive, with ability to work to SLAs and tight deadlines
Preferred Qualifications- 2-3 years of experience with Microsoft Applications with an extremely high level of proficiency
- 2-3 years showcasing well developed analytical and problem-solving skills
- 2-3 years prior leadership experience
- Experience in Data Analytics and Reporting including the usage of relevant tools and software packages (i.e., SAP & SIPS)
- Strong financial background
- Well-developed analytical and problem-solving skills
