Duties and Responsibilities:
Constant engagement with B2B (CD<xqyqz> DPF<xqyqz> LSF)<xqyqz> RCD<xqyqz> business teams at HO and Sales team to drive Bajaj Pay QR deployment at Existing and new merchants through Merchant One App and Sales One App.
Create business specific Daily Sales Reports on different parameters
Monitoring Business Daily /weekly/Monthly /Quarterly<xqyqz> conducting reviews along with Business teams to monitor the performance and taking corrective actions if business is not in line with set goals
Monitoring the location<xqyqz> NSM<xqyqz> RSM<xqyqz> ASM<xqyqz> SM wise Penetration movement in order to have a full control over business
Provide support and training to business teams for process download and issue resolution
Enhancements and capabilities download to business teams.
Taking new initiatives to market<xqyqz> which would require training and monitoring of matrices to measure success of initiatives.
Identifying bottlenecks and raising the red flag
Aligning meeting with respective stakeholders for solution on bottlenecks
Should be capable of understanding field issues and convert them into actionable and improvements.
Required Qualifications and Experience:
Hands-on experience in business team engagement and driven business initiatives and project management would be highly preferred
Very strong with articulating and defining product specifications<xqyqz> user journeys and multiple use cases.
Comfortable with understanding systems and data analytics
Strong bias for action & driving results in a high presentation and data performance environment.
Should have excellent communication skills along with strong analytics skills.
Excellent communication and Interpersonal Skills.
High level of proficiency in MS Office (PowerPoint and Excel).
