Hiring HR Services specialist (HR Operations)
Work Location Ecospace, Bangalore.
Contract to Hire role.
Primary Responsibilities:
• Proactively coordinate and deliver HR operational services through process, systems and tools, including but not limited to:
o Onboarding
Manage and facilitate onboarding as a program to lateral and new college hires for Intuit
Drive stakeholder and partner collaboration in achieving program success
Conduct New Hire Orientation sessions
Manage global onboarding programs - stakeholder engagement in ensuring successful deliver of the program
Drive productivity for stakeholders & new hires by improving efficiency standards
Participate and drive global initiatives related to onboarding.
Vendor management
o Off-boarding
Manage off-boarding as a program to facilitate smooth exit to employees leaving organisation.
Conduct exit interviews for voluntary exits, collate and analyze data for HR and business/management consumption
Manage and drive separation process, partnering with various stakeholders in ensuring proprietary assets/data/information is/are returned by exiting employees
Vendor management
o HR Data systems specialist (HRDS specialist)
Assisting with data/record verification/validation tasks as needed
Complete cases received in Workflow tool within 48 hours post receiving
Complete hiring activities in the tool post validating candidate documents
Maintain and manage employee data in HRMS tool
Workday specialist preferable
o Actively identifying opportunities for process improvements and alignment with other HR Services team members
o Maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction by patiently clarifying customer needs and ensuring that they are met
o Identifying problematic areas and conduct the necessary research to determine the best course of action to correct the data
o Interpreting customer data requirements and assist with successfully meeting them
o Recommending and assisting with the building and implementation of solutions related to gathering and managing HR data, including processes and systems
o Assisting with process and project documentation as needed
o Preparing for and participating in IDC Operations Review at the appropriate level with HR data related information
Position Requirements:
• Must have a bachelor’s Degree from a reputed university. Master’s degree in HR is an additional advantage
• Excellent oratory and written skills in English
• Ability to use HR and business domain knowledge to identify strategic opportunities to transform key business outcomes with data
• Ability to discover, extract and analyze data in support of critical business objectives or cross-business initiatives
• Ability to work closely with Intuit Business Leaders and External Partners
• Ability to identify and recommend data standards to improve quality of data and speed of analysis
• Ability to apply and conform to existing standards and quality criteria to monitor and ensure HR data quality
• At least 4 to 5 years of experience in a delivering HR projects, initiatives, onboarding and off-boarding activities
• Effective data analytical and problem-solving skills
Workday experience must.
Candidates should have work experience in handling HRIS/HRMS.
