We are looking for a dynamic, organized self-starter to join our HRS team located in Bangalore. The Sr. Associate will work closely with the HR teams in the US to provide a variety of HR services to North American Employees.
We have an immediate need for dedicated professionals to join our team.
Responsibilities:
· People Soft - HRMS data management and support HR processes for North America regions
· Responding to inquiries accurately and timely regarding policies and programs including benefits, attendance, job transfer, payroll deductions, etc.
· Respond to document requests including termination agreements, employment verification/visa letters, and reporting requests from HR and Finance.
· Ensure the Service level are achieved at all times
· Innovative with a commitment to change and process improvement applying KAIZEN and LEAN methodologies
· Integrity and discretion in dealing with sensitive information and ensure data privacy at all times
· Track ,measure and report Service Level Commitment-SLC metrics at different intervals to ascertain the process performance health and identify improvement areas
· Build process maturity and provide value add to the customers through productivity and cost gains

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
Basic qualification: Any Bachelor’s Degree · Proven experience working with Windows, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint · Exceptional time management, interpersonal and communication skills · Good Computer operating and typing skills · Good attention to detail · Ability to manage confidential and sensitive employee information and adhere to strict confidentiality standards · Ability to work in team environment while also building and maintaining strong relationships · Ability to adapt and act on feedback in a fast-paced environment
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Excellent communication skills, ability to deal with larger NA HRS team and Site HR at all levels · Strong attention to detail and good interpersonal skills · Strong decision making and problem solving skills · Ability to multi-task in fast-paced dynamic environment · Agility to change in a fast growing environment · Proficient with MS Excel, Word and Visio · Application of Phone and email etiquette in customer interactions · Knows when to escalate -Ability to be receptive to the peer/general feedback -Experience in peoplesoft and data management.
