About the Role:-
As a Product Marketing Manager, you will play a key role in developing our product positioning and messaging. You will develop our go-to-market strategy for every product, and execute flawless product launches by working with teams across the company including Product, Sales, Engineering, PR, Content and Design. You will be responsible for understanding the market landscape, identifying the Total Addressable Market (TAM), segmenting your target audience, and creating the strategic positioning, targeting plan and channel mix to generate the organisation’s pipeline goals.
You will be clearly communicating the ‘why,’ ‘what’ and ‘when’ to the marketplace. You will also be responsible for developing market & competitive intelligence, value proposition & sales enablement materials. You will work closely with the marketing, product, and sales functions to build a robust launch and pipeline generation plan.
Roles and Responsibilities:-
- Product Marketing Strategy: Define and iterate on the positioning, messaging and pricing of our products. As well as establish the target market segment, industry and the marketing strategy to reach out and acquire new customers
- Go-to-Market: Devise a go-to-market strategy and execute this to perception alongside your cross-functional peers in Marketing, Content and Product Management to successfully drive a given product launch into General Availability with the maximum possible impact. Be the internal and external authority and advocate for your given area of focus
- Product Innovation: Be on top of the voice of the customer as well as the happenings in the competitive landscape and the industry as a whole
- Sales enablement: Enable sales and business teams with lead generation, industry fitments as well as through sales kits and various collaterals such as testimonials, case-studies to better the conversion funnel
- Intelligence: Deepen our understanding of target market segments and relevant audiences through competitive and market intelligence
Desired Skills and Experience:-
- You have at least 5 years of relevant experience in product marketing/ enterprise marketing/ product management or similar roles
- MBA from a Tier I college in Business, Marketing, or other related disciplines will be preferred
- You have exceptional communication skills (both written and verbal)
- You have excellent verbal and written communication skills
- You are curious about metrics, execution processes, macro trends
- You are ambitious and have a natural focus and bias towards outcomes
