We are seeking for an experienced Senior Salesforce DevOps Engineer to join our team. You will encompass within development and design the whole 'value-added' chain involved in practically developing and implementing complex Salesforce based solutions that meet the needs of the customer. This includes the analysis of systems and requirements, and the design and build of solutions that may be off-the-shelf or through third-parties. You are required to solve high complexity technical issues and provide Quality Assurance, Configuration, Testing, Training or Documentation services to implement the final solution.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Present to or influence customer representatives or vendors and resolve issues
- Conduct interviews with customers to establish their requirements, presenting concepts and proposals, and providing updates on deliverables
- Act as a coordinator across projects to prevent delays or misunderstandings
- Coordinate collaboration with external service providers in terms of assembling own or third-party system components
- Customize COTS based on pre-determined parameters, and executes customizing tests
- Document work using the required standards, methods and tools
- Assist in definition, initiation and design of architecture in projects/ programs
- Provide expert advice, training and technical assistance to development team, lower level service and support staff
- May lead others in developing innovative solutions to highly complex problems and contribute to employees’ professional development
- Act as technical lead of development teams on issues of performance, tools, and standards
Responsibilities
- Provide ongoing application support including Change Management, Incident resolution, enhancements requests, and general end user support.
- Work closely with external consultants and vendors as needed.
- Proactively communicate the system changes to stakeholders
Qualifications
- Preferably 2x Salesforce certified professional
- Experience of at least one large Salesforce implementation project involving multiple releases, change management process, and/or multi-locale deployment.
- Possess excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills and experience training users on the Salesforce platform
- Experience in translating business requirements into working solutions using a combination of Salesforce.com configuration and custom development approaches.
- Expertise required in building customer facing, web-based user interfaces for Customer & Partner Portal, with a understanding of HTML, XML, Java, JavaScript, CSS, AJAX, SOQL and Web services.
Must have
- Experience in software engineering with relevant qualifications in IT field and methods including formal methods (e.g. Prince 2)
- Expertise in the Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Ticketing tools (like ServiceNow)
- Minimum of 6+ years of Salesforce implementation experience, including LWC development (using SFDX and SFDC CLI)
- Expert knowledge across various SFDC implementations covering Sales & Service Clouds, Chatter & App-exchange applications
- A very good implementation knowledge of Lightning Flows, Lightning Web Components is mandatory
- Must have Salesforce integration experience using middleware platforms (ideally WebMethods)
- Hands On experience with integrating Salesforce with platforms, that extend SF capabilities, specifically Heroku
- Hands On experience in optimizing large data volumes stored in Salesforce (e.g. using Big Objects)
- Strong Knowledge of implementation for REST and SOQL/SQL
- Relevant Business Background – Logistics, Order and Tariff management is desirable

- Good knowledge of Marketing cloud
- Relevant Salesforce certifications (Administrator/Platform Developer/Email Specialist/etc.)
