Essential Skills:
An individual who has played role of SQA with following skill set:
- Experience of working in Delivery roles, project lead, project manager or quality co-ordinator
- Knowledge of QMS and Process Management
- Working knowledge in Agile, ISO 9K, 20K, ITIL v3, Six Sigma and Lean concepts
- Good experience is Internal and External Audits and Assessments
- Good written and verbal communication
- Experience in working with Client and Organization’s Senior management
- Facilitate Customer surveys and action planning
Additional Skills:
- Agile and Managed Services projects coaching/ mentoring/ assessments
- Ensure ITIL Operational process compliance for the program to deliver the services
- SLAs analysis, baseline, compliance. Set up and Improve Ticket level customer satisfaction (TCSAT) and Deploy Ticket Audit processes
- Ensure all services are provided as per Contractual agreement with the customer
- Facilitate Service delivery reviews
- Facilitate Internal & External audits
- Own and manage Continuous Improvement (SIPs, Six Sigma, Lean, BVM etc)
- Facilitate CMMI Dev/SVC practices implementation
