Key Responsibilities
Selected candidate will be responsible for Delivery governance & CSAT management, working closely with Project Managers & Delivery Managers. Responsibilities include :
- Providing consultative support to the project teams on right Delivery practices in Project Management, Engineering and Operations
- Monitoring of Delivery Performance through independent audits, assessments and reviews
- Provide consultative support for Proactive Prediction & continuous improvement of Delivery Performance
- Manage Customer Satisfaction Process – Getting Customer Feedback, Working with delivery team on Improvement Actions
- Drive compliance of mandatory processes
While candidate will be provided necessary training on best in class frameworks/ methodologies including - Project/Program management, CMMI, ITIL, Agile/DevOps, Lean, Six Sigma, Machine learning etc., he/she is expected to have following mandatory skills:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Strong Analytical Skills
- Good understanding of Software Development/Maintenance Activities
