Responsible for delivering the project on time, on budget, within scope and within agreed quality standards

Accountabilities
Main tasks & key responsibilities
• Managing the project to accomplish its goals and objectives
• End-End Project lifecycle as per DEPICT guide line
• Using the available tools and templates
• Understandig the Internal Customer's business needs
• Leading the project team
• Mentoring individual project team members
• Planning project deliverables and execution
• Coordinating allocation of resources
• Managing day-to -day aspects of the project
• Managing stakeholders expectations
• Understanding and managing scope change
• Reporting to stakeholders & reporting status
• Identifying, assessing & planning for risks
• Managing and escalating issues
• Ensuring the quality and content of all project deliverables
• Ensuring preparation of necessary documentation for project approval
Functional Experience
• Over 2 years project management experience; over 5 years experience working in an IT or technical support environment
• Experience of financial control and budget Management
• Effective writing and verbal communication within a global, multi-cultural, cross - functional teams
Education / Qualification / Certification
Requirements
• Graduate
• Project Management training (DePICT, PRINCE2, PMI or similar project management methodologies) is an asset
