The Marketing Analyst creates, implements, and oversees digital communications programs that effectively describe and promote DHL and its products and services. This role also analyzes statistical data and preparing analysis to support the various needs of assigned DHL business units; compiling and summarizing data to present to management as necessary. The Marketing Analyst will also analyze sales information, projections and other meaningful data and prepares forecasts on market evolution and the company products. This Analyst also identifies best practices and external partners that would most effectively align with the DHL customer profile. Develops and executes new digital support plans.
Tasks:
Participates in the development and review of ecommerce applications and provides insight and feedback for maximizing customer experience
Collaborates with Designers, Programmers and Site Developers to create, manage and improve the digital interactions of all DHL Express U.S. customers
Supports and initiates changes and edits to the customer facing US website. Maintain and enforce editorial style guidelines, including user experience, and tone of voice objectives
Analyzes web traffic information, projections and other meaningful data to uncover customer, producat and operational insights
- Analyzes statistical data and produces reporting to support identify drivers and opportunities; compiling and summarizing data to present to management as necessary
- Create Adobe Analytics reports and insights for customer-facing or internal applications todrive efficiency and revenue
- Setup tracking metrics and regularly maintain to ensure accurate web performance measurement
- Provide data-driven decision support and collaborate with key stakeholders to adopt best practices
Skill & Qualifications:
Intermediate-level professional contributor.
Typically requires BS/BA in related discipline and 2-5 years of experience in related field or MS/MA and generally 1-3 years of experience in related field.
Professional certification is required in some areas.
Strong project management and organizational skills
Experience with web analytics and reporting tools (Adobe Analytics)
Demonstrated proficiency in managing web development and marketing projects, including working closely with IT on integrations
Strong familiarity with executing best practices in all digital funcions including: Web development and acquisition marketing (email, banner ads, online video, paid search and SEO)
Experience in planning and coordinating marketing communications and materials (Marketo)
Comfortable presenting digital strategy plans, concepts and campaign results
Understanding of content management system or similiar enterprise platform
Independent, creative self starter with ability to multi-task in a highly energetic, fast-paced environment
Exceptional verbal, written communication and interpersonal skills
