Qualification
a) M. Sc. in Physics (preferable)/Chemistry or M. Tech. in physical sciences/electronics with a minimum of 55 % marks. Candidates who have cleared CSIR UGC-NET/GATE/any other national level examinations conducted by central government departments and agencies and institutions only need to apply. b) A successful candidate also needs to demonstrate capabilities to carry out independent research work (candidates with academic background relevant to the requirements of the project will get preference). The incumbent may be expected to work on Saturdays/Sundays and holidays for any project exigency. Relaxation in qualifying marks, fellowship, leave, etc. are as per university rules and regulations/government of India/CEFIPRA.
