Qualification
BE/B.Tech/MSc. with minimum 60% marks (or equivalent grade) with at least 15 years of industrial/teaching/research experience. OR ME/M.Tech/MBA(or equivalent like PGDBM) with minimum 60% marks (or equivalent grade) with at least 10 years of industrial/research/academic experience. OR PhD with minimum 6 years of post PhD industrial/teaching/research experience. Good oral and written communication skills in English are a must.

Instructions
1. The CEO will coordinate with the Project Director to understand the mission, vision, goals, objectives, and core activities of the company. 2. The CEO will articulate the company’s objectives and core activities to the staff members for effective execution of the activities. 3. The CEO will be responsible to formulate policies, procedures, organization structure for effective execution of the various core activities of the company. The organization structure should be in line with the mission and vision of the company. 4. The CEO will ensure compliances like financial compliances (including and not limited to GST, ITR, TDS, Audits, CSR exemption, FCRA.), compliances related to meetings (such as mission related meetings, Board of Directors meetings), and other mandatory requirements and/or administrative compliances. 5. The CEO will handle all legal matters of the company. 6. The CEO is required to give wide visibility to the company’s core activities. 7. The CEO will be responsible for ensuring the required involvement of end users (industries/PSUs/line ministries/state government departments/city administration) and aggressively work towards connecting end users with various programs of the company. 8. The CEO will coordinate with the spokes and CPS bases of the hub for effective execution of the activities of the hub at such places. 9. An important aspect of the hub is to commercialize available technologies. The CEO is required to develop an effective system for the same.
