Senior Administrator, Transaction Oversight
What is the opportunity?
You will ensure workflows are completed within defined services level agreements and client records are updated promptly and accurately, with daily exception reporting completed within defined service level agreements. You will also assist with the daily oversight and monitoring of outsourced settlement operations activities and the resolution of custody queries
What will you do?
- Facilitate external and internal transfer of client assets
- Assist with transition workflows, you will ensure accurate tracking and settlement of client instructions
- Assist with the monitoring of the outsourced settlement operations activities to ensure accurate and timely update of client instructions with settlement details within defined service levels
- Assist with monitoring of all outstanding trades and chase for settlement details
- Ensure payments are actioned and released and Equity Finance trades are settled on time
- Assist with exception reports and review and update the daily Stock Reconciliation reports
- Assist with the resolution of custody queries

- Proven securities industry experience, together with a good understanding of other operational areas
- Thorough and methodical approach to work
- Proven experience of prioritizing and meeting tight deadlines
- Risk management control mind-set
- Client focused, deals with key relationships in a professional manner
- Good communication skills, both written & verbal and ability to resolve queries and initiate solutions
