Responsibilities
Responsible for Service Delivery & Service Management of the IT Products in region for Accounts assigned.
Strategy
- Ensures account and service management tools, governance and standards are understood and part of the APAC SL IT strategy.
Business Partner
- Develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts, customer stakeholders and executive sponsors
- Build strong working relationships with Product Managers (Regional and Global) and vendors
- Act as SL IT service liaison point for APAC IT and Global service management communities and regional SL IT & business leads
Business Development
- Oversee customer account management, including negotiating IT contracts and agreements
Regional / Global IT Team
- Collaborate with Regional/Global IT peers in regional IT leads, solutions and product roles.
- Create strong relationships with regional / global community to maximize leverage of resources to support requirements.
Service Management
- Work with Product Managers, define and measure service performance via KPIs and service reviews.
- Be the escalation point on APAC SL IT account and service management issues.
- Manage APAC SL service management budgets and report on service demand pipeline
