Qualification
a. An advanced degree (Masters is preferred, PhD is an advantage) in environmental or social sciences and management, environmental economics and policies, social development, or other relevant fields; At least 10 years of relevant experience, including experience in the design and implementation of environmental and social management system, safeguards systems, environmental and social due diligence and monitoring of programmes, projects and activities supporting developing countries. Good interpersonal and communication skills. Excellent team building and facilitation skills. Strong analytical skills, ability to think strategically. b. Good in personal organization, planning and priority setting. Values the continuous improvement and learning, Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously; and Oral and written proficiency in English and Hindi is required.
Pay
Scale
As par with the industry standards, depending on experience and skills and fitment with NIUA remuneration structures. Proof of past remuneration (last received salary/monthly contract payment) would be required.
