Qualification
(1) Law Graduate University/Institution recognized by UGC, (2) Enrolled as an advocate with Bar Council of State in which practicing and 2 years with from a for dealing experience Civil/Service/Labour Arbitration cases and exposure to drafting of Agreement/MoUs/Deeds etc.

General
Instructions
1. The detailed guidelines for Young Professional-II (Legal) may be perused at
https://icar.org.in/content/revised- guidelines-hiring-technical-manpower-short-term-basis-icar 2. All eligible candidates are requested to be present 30 minutes before the scheduled time on date of interview for necessary formalities.
LLB 3. In case of selection, the candidates will be required to present the original documents for verification along with four sets of the complete bio-data with self-attested photographs and self-attested enclosures such as mark sheets, proof of date of birth, certificates for qualification, experience, and caste certificate for submission in office at the time of joining. 4. The terms and conditions of the engagement shall be as per ICAR's guidelines for engagement of Young Professional. 5. The selection of candidates doesn't confer the right for absorption/regularization at ICAR. 6. The service of candidates can be dispensed without any notice if his/her service is no more required or his/her contribution is not up to the mark or if sufficient budget is not available. 7. No TA/DA will be paid for attending the interview. 8. In case of serving candidate NO Objection Certificate from his/her employer and experience certificate in original should be produced, wherever applicable. 9. At the time of the verification of original documents (even after selection) if it is found that an attempt has been made by the applicant to Willfully conceal any information misrepresent the facts or canvass, such applicant will not be considered for selection and due action will be implemented. 10. The decision of the Secretary, ICAR would be final and binding in all aspect.
