Solution Manager - Enterprise Solutions
Reports To: Regional Head Sales Enterprise Solution
Key Result areas
Responsible for new client acquisition and managing the overall client relationship of working capital customers
Engaging with customers to enrich the relationships and provide banking and investment solutions to meet various needs of the customer
Continuous monitoring of the existing customer portfolio
Ensure timely servicing of interest by customers and maintain portfolio health
Provide complete and comprehensive information on various products, services offered by the Bank and ensure best services are provided to them.

Ability to negotiate and interact with people
Strong sales and relationship management skills
Ability to understand processes and products & use that knowledge to add value to the customer
Basic credit knowledge to understand business of the customer and assess his bank funding requirement (Working Capital/ Term loan)

Professional Qualification
Graduate in any stream (B. Com preferred) with sales experience of minimum 4 to 12 years
