Our team works closely with product, finance, seller growth, data science, analytics teams, and several external partners. As a Financial Services team, we always look at the bottom line. About the role
You will play a vital role in scaling up existing and building new credit products for SMEs and businesses associated with Meesho. You will own a wide range of problem statements that will span across managing credit operations, running bold experiments, growth hacking, and partnership management. You will get to create a direct impact on the business by independently working with multiple stakeholders, setting up processes and systems, and leveraging your analytical skills to identify problems and new growth levers.
What you will do
- Credit Operation: manage day-to-day operations required for driving adoption in partnership with lender partners and call center agencies
- Collections Management: define and drive performance SLAs with collections agencies
- Customer Experience Management: Managing customer ticket resolution process and handling customer escalations
- Bold Experimentation: end-to-end ownership of implementing new initiatives and driving impact with speed and urgency, ranging from strategic to operational tasks
- Continuous problem discovery: have a very problem-first mindset to drive continuous improvement.
- Improve and develop robust processes: we are building it for the first time, so you will get a chance to build new processes and improve efficiencies in the existing ones.
What you will need
- 3-5 years of work experience in operations management role
- Ability to independently drive problem statements and impact
- First principles based critical thinking and data-led approach to problem-solving
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Ability to work in a VUCA environment
- Proficiency in MS Excel and data visualization
- Experience in financial services is preferred
